This past summer I spent my time couch surfing from one friend to the next along the West coast. I claimed Tacoma as a home-base. Kathryn and Austin Holman along with Dan and Hillary Donohue were kind enough to welcome me in as family. I was given my own room, which now is a nursery for new baby Holman, and a key to come and go as I pleased. They were so great to fit me into their busy lives! We were even able to fit in some adventures of our own outside of Tacoma at the Malgesini family cabin: a weekend getaway for the Bryhueman’s!
While in Tacoma I was able to arrange dates with friends to catch up for lost time. Here are a few of the faces I was able to see and spend time with. A few faces are missing from this collection like Aaron Hagen.
Kels and I met up for an evening in Seattle and then I spent the night at her place outside of the city. She lives in a sweet little apartment close to the campus she works at as an academic adviser. Same amazing sense of humor and driven spirit!
